The Addressbook

This is your addressbook. You get here by clicking on the Addressbook link on the main menu. If you would like to delete addressbook entries, just click the checkbox next to those you would like to delete and then click Delete Selected. If you would like to add an entry, click the Add Contact button and fill out the appropriate fields. You can add multiple email addresses to the Email Address field by separating them with commas or semicolons. To edit an entry, just click on that entry's nickname to bring up the edit dialogue. This is the same dialogue as adding a new contact. Even if you fill out all the fields, only Nickname, Name, and Email appear on the main addressbook listing.

At the bottom of the screen there is a link to perform a Haverford Directory Search. This will open a new page with the Haverford Directory. Once you find the people you wish to add, you can cut and paste the information into your addressbook.

You cannot send email to your contacts from this page. To do this, click Compose Message and click the Select button next to the To: or Cc: field. This will bring up a dialogue that will let you select recipients for the To, Cc, and Bcc fields.
