Computer Problem Logbook

Instructions and HelpThe Logbook is for use by ACC Staff and ACC Student Assistants only. Upon opening the logbook, you will see a listing of all problems that have been entered. You may choose to sort this list by clicking on the names of the column headings. To view or edit an entry, click on the station number, in the first column of the list. (Note: The interface for this opening page will be revised throughout the semester, so don't be surprised by changes. Suggestions for improving the layout of this page are welcome.) To add a new entry to the logbook, click on the "Add New Logbook Entry" button ad the bottom of the web page. It is a good idea to check the logbook for the same or similar problems as the one you are about to enter before making the entry. If you have resolved a problem on your own, but wish to make an entry in the logbook, be sure to change the problem's status to "Resolved by SA." The logbook is checked daily by ACC staff and is checked regularly by the Student Lab Managers, who will attempt to fix problems that were not corrected by the SA who made the entry.
