General Information about Posting to the College Web Server

To publish your web pages you need to copy them into the correct folders on the College web server. Once copied, they are accessible to anyone who knows the URL. Thus, before you post, be sure that the pages adhere to our policies and guidelines.

All faculty have privileges to post to their departmental sites on the College's web server. Many academic staff also have similar posting privileges. Since this means that you can add, change, or remove any web pages within your department's web site, please remember to work closely with your department's site manager to make sure you comply with any departmental standards and that you do not interfere with the work of others.

If you are not sure who manages your departmental web site, speak with your liaison in Academic Computing.
