I'm that obnoxious Cowboys fan* living in Eagles territory. No, really, I'm obnoxious when it comes to football. Ask anyone who's sat with me during a game, or even within a 100-yard radius while I'm watching a game. Calling me loud would be a severe understatement.
I'm a Spanish major (yay!) who loves life, Haverford College, and my friends. I have an unhealthy obsession with spicy food, a slightly masochistic relationship with learning new languages (Arabic and Spanish mainly; French sparingly), and a mild distaste for cold weather.
Before coming to Haverford, I went to Ursuline Academy, an all-girls Catholic high school in North Dallas, for which I am the class agent of the class of 2008.
My favorite movie is The Big Lebowski, followed by everything directed by the Coen brothers, all of the Rocky movies, Ratatouille, Top Gun, and Forrest Gump. My favorite musical artist changes weekly, usually fluctuating between Journey, Def Leppard, and The Old 97's.
I work in Haverford Special Collections, which I love, but I am happiest when I'm playing percussion in the Haverford Bi-College Percussion Ensemble and Orchestra.
Seeing a black squirrel on Founders Green is always the highlight of my day.
